Environmental Enforcement (Complaints)
Hays County Development Services is responsible for investigating complaints within the purview of the department and within its jurisdiction.
Outlined below are examples of the various types of complaints the department is responsible for investigating.

Complaints may be filed anonymously online by following the below steps.
1. Visit MyGovernmentOnline
2. Click “File / Submit A Complaint” on the left side menu.
3. You will then be prompted to “Log-In” or “Proceed Anonymously”.
4. Please fill out the remaining questions with as much detail as possible.
Complaints may be filed by submitting a written complaint to the department to any of the following inboxes.
